What I can see

It is a building in which, according to Biris (1969), “the Beaux-Arts tradition is bridged with the abstract depiction of modern classicism”. It consists of a ground floor and 4 floors, with the fourth in recess and with pergola. The side sections are stepped volumes in a different colour, which makes the building less austere and brings it closer to the spirit of modernism.

What I can't see

It was designed by Emmanuel Lazaridis, a graduate of the Ecole des Beaux-Arts.
