On Tetenes block of flats we can see modern German classicism with Art Nouveau elements.

What I can see

This apartment building is the work of Konstantinos Kitsikis and is a sample of the new German eclecticism. It has classical influences, as shown by the symmetry of the façade and Art Nouveau influences, as well as the curves and decorative elements.

What I can't see

The Interwar period was a time of transition from classicism to modernism, and this apartment building is one of the last examples of the heyday of classicism. The simple balconies and mild elements show the first influences of modernism, which followed later.
