What I can see
In the outdoor area of the most famous pastry shop of Kifissia district, we see the “Couple”, a bronze sculpture of a male and a female figure. Their faces have no clear features, unlike their clothes which have sharp pleats at the bottom part. A sphere seems to have cut the couple in two, but the two figures will always complete each other.
What I can't see
The creator, Sarantis Karavouzis, was mainly a painter of metaphysical themes. This is one of his very few sculptural works.
