What I can see
Big is a gay bear bar, which has a long history in Athens nightlife. It is a very friendly environment, with several regular customers of all ages, has been a hangout for many groups of friends for years and attracts more and more travelers. It is crowded on Fridays and Saturdays, but on weekdays, one can enjoy his drink in tranquility. Entry is always free, the interior space is non-smoking, but there is also a small back yard for smokers. The music is mainly remix pop, house, new disco and guest djs often play music.
What I can't see
It is the first bear bar that opened in Athens and now the only remaining one. It is famous for its clean drinks and often hosts gay groups for themed parties. It has also organized bingo nights, carnival parties, Athens Pride events, other various events, such as Haircules, and actively participates in the organizing of the annual Bearly Athens Festival.
