What I can see

Six-storey building with a roof chamber and an excellent view of the National Garden. Its facades are covered with white Pentelic marble and the logic of the lines of apartment buildings is applied. It has a three-part arrangement of facades, i.e. it is divided into base, main body, and crown. The base is the ground floor and the first floor, which are common areas and differ from the rest, both morphologically and functionally. The main body includes the rooms with balconies in a square frame, unlike the side facade, on which the openings are without balconies and so the skeleton of the building is visible. The crown is the recessed chamber.

What I can't see

At this point, there was the neoclassical house of Skylitsis. Hotel Amalia is one of the first post-war hotels of modern architecture and a capacity of 200 beds (93 rooms).
