This block of flats, designed by Takis Zenetos (1926-1977) is one of the best architectural examples of Modernism. In designing it, the architect implemented the diachronic rules of International Style. The predominant materials are white marble, aluminium and glass. The building consists of five floors and a pilotis. The pilotis space (ground floor) has a pond, which gives the feeling that the building is suspended. Moreover, the extensive use of glass gives the impression of continuity between interior and exterior spaces.
The apartments, in addition to providing very nice views, have very few dividers. Of these, many are mobile, so that the size and use of internal spaces can be modified and adapted according to the wishes of the residents.
