This is a neo-modern apartment building with 7 residences and stores. The stores are housed on the ground floor and occupy two floors in a single volume. There is no residence per floor, as is usually practiced. The design is subversive as the residences are developed in 3 dimensions, therefore also in height. Thus, a residence is developed on more than one floor. This complexity is also reflected in the cubist formation of the facades. The uncoated concrete, the large glazing and the gaps in the facades contribute to an alternative architectural proposal in relation to the surrounding buildings.
It was designed by Alexandros Patsouris and is a project that participated in the 2000 Venice Architecture Biennale.
