What I can see
It is a building with a semi-basement and a floor that moves between the trends of the German Jugendstil and the French Art Nouveau, as can be seen from the frames of the openings, the shape of the front door and the floral theme decoration.
What I can't see
It is one of the few low buildings in the area that survived complete abandonment, collapse, or razing for the construction of multi-storey buildings.
