What I can see
On this building, we see a neo-academic logic, a rare combination of older and newer orders and more specifically, neoclassicism and modernism. This apartment building is basically of modern design, but many neoclassical elements have been applied to its facade, such as pilasters and cobles.
What I can't see
It was designed by Konstantinos Kitsikis, who was a graduate of the Berlin-Charlottenburg German School.
