What I can see

It is the highest residential building in Greece, until the construction of a residential skyscraper in the Hellinikon area. It belongs to the category of late modernism. The single balconies create single linear parallel strips around the perimeter of the building. The shading of the apartments is done with vertical awnings and not inclined, as in all apartment buildings, so as not to alter the shape and volume of the building.

What I can't see

It was built during the military dictatorship, which by law had abolished the limit to the buildings’ height, which is why this stands out compared to the surrounding buildings. The dictatorship’s law was abolished 11 years after the fall of the regime. Although the building has 13 floors, in the elevator, the 13th floor has been counted as the 14th, that is, after the 12th, the 14th follows. Prejudice and the fear that 13 is an “unlucky” number resulted in this numerical inconsistency.
