It is a nine-storey building of typical style for parking lots made of uncoated concrete. What is unusual, however, is the installation of three axes of blinds, which cover all the openings. Apart from partial shading and safety of vehicles, the indifferent building leaves a small architectural footprint. This is a proof that expensive or heavy interventions on a facade are not necessary to make it look more interesting. On the contrary, something mild, simple and at the same time effective can be installed.
Blinds are used to a great extend in modern bioclimatic buildings. It is worth mentioning that nowadays, blinds are considered a bioclimatic trademark, while this practice has been applied since the late 80s and early 90s.
