What I can see

The 8-storey building draws attention for its facade design, which is not a single surface, but its southern part is framed and in projection. The balconies are shaped through this framing, which also makes the rest of the facade look as if it is in recession and thus the whole façade becomes three-dimensional. Apart from the frame and the skeleton of the building, the remaining parts of the facade, as well as the balcony protectors, are made of glass. Thus, the building gets plenty of natural light, especially during the morning hours. Its most distinctive feature is the sliding shades, which refer to wooden trellises. The frame of the south side of the facade extends to the terrace, and the corresponding part of it is shaded by the sliding shades of the 8th floor and pergola.

What I can't see

ISV Architects designed the building for professional use and according to the necessary standards. It is located on Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, which is considered an informal hub of companies and many professional activities of the centre.
