On this eclectic interwar building we see that the ground floor has curved openings and the facade on the square of the Agios Konstantinos church is divided into vertical axes, two of which are in projection. The facade on Agiou Konstantinou Street is simpler. The fourth floor was added later and at the centre of the building there is a tower, which is perhaps a reference to American and Art Deco architectural trends of the interwar period.
After its recent renovation, it belongs to the category of arts hotels. Information about who designed the building is insufficient.
