Ladenis Mansion is a sample of the transition from eclecticism to simpler architectural orders, which gradually introduced the modernist style. It consists of a ground floor, a mezzanine, two floors and an attic. The rectangular openings are developed on vertical axes. The decoration is quite simple. The marble pediments on the balconies, the toothed cornice support and the almost linear openings of the mezzanine stand out. After the recent restoration and renovation, it has been operating as a hotel.
It belonged to the merchant Adam Ladenis, whose son (Ioannis) founded the well-known underwear company MINERVA.
