What I can see

It is a very interesting building, which was built on a rock and on a plot with a big inclination. Its main features are the use of stone, exposed concrete, soft colours and its intersecting triangular prismatic volumes. The facades follow the frame of the bearing structure and overall, the building is governed by morphological austerity. Its balconies protrude through thin metal cross-sections and wooden elements, an indirect reference to traditional architecture. The building consists of 5 levels and is a vertical structure. The first two floors are dug into the rock. The main spaces of the residence are on the 4th floor, which is also the entrance from Kleitomachou Street, while the bedrooms are on the 5th.

What I can't see

It was owned by the contemporary art critic Alexandros Xydis. The architect, Aris Konstantinidis, always managed to integrate complex architectural volumes smoothly into the natural environment.
