What I can see
This is the “Bell”, a bronze two-metre-tall, 2.30-metre-long and 2.30-metre-wide sculpture. It is mounted on a coated stepped pedestal.
What I can't see
The piece was donated by the sculptor on the occasion of the official visit of the mayor of Bucharest. It was designed by the Romanian artist Stefan Ramniseanou.
