What I can see

It is a contemporary building, whose volumes play a geometric game and the transparent aluminum cells function as blinds, while giving the building another colour tone. These cells are very resistant to pollution, solar radiation, chemicals, are not heated due to high temperatures, are 100% recyclable and do not need maintenance. The building is completely bioclimatic, has a total area of ​​6,424 sq m, is located on a plot of 1000 sq m and consists of 3 basements, a ground floor and 7 floors. Low-energy materials have been used, triple glazing has been applied, open spaces have been planted, and the roofs have photovoltaic panels.

What I can't see

It was designed by A & D Architects and designers- Clearhos Maleas and associates and has received Gold Leed certification. The building’s cells were manufactured by a Greek company, which operates nearby and one of the criteria for selection was the minimum CO2 impact during their transport from the factory to the construction site.
