What I can see
It is a three-storey neoclassical building with many eclectic elements. There is harmony in the facades and the angular vertical axis is emphasized by the tower-shaped tip with a dome. The lower floors are decoratively simpler. The ground floor is more Doric, while on the upper floors, we find Ionic and Corinthian order and Renaissance elements.
What I can't see
It had a rich interior decoration and housed offices. We do not know who the architect was.
