It is an eclectic building with a ground floor and 3 floors, designed by Kostas Kitsikis, a representative of neo-academic eclecticism, that is, a synthesis of older architectural orders with modernism. In this particular case, neoclassicism is combined with modernism. The vertical axes of the building are emphasized through the eclectic pillars, which end in the crowning frame. A special characteristic of the building is the curved corner, which is also in projection.
It is a listed building and known by the nickname “Vazirgiatziki”, possibly deriving from the name of an owner or constructor. After its last restoration, it housed companies, offices, publishing houses, a beauty centre and other businesses.
