Museum of contemporary art, housed in a neoclassical building on Iraklidon Street, from which the museum took its name. The paintings and sculptures in the permanent collection are by Pavlos and Anna Belinda Fyrou. Works by Dutch artist Maurits Cornelis Escher are also hosted.
With an emphasis on its educational character, the museum has over 20,000 visits a year and hosts many temporary exhibitions. The museum also has a second building with unique ceiling paintings at 37 Apostolou Pavlou Street.
