A listed building with only its facades preserved. The architect, Konstantinos Kitsikis, combined the solidity of modernistic volumes with the decorative elements of eclecticism and neoclassicism.
It was built on the site of a previous house, which was owned by Eleftherios Venizelos’ son, Kyriakos. The new building passed on to his descendants, and in recent decades has had several owners.
