What I can see
It is a renovated building with a ground floor and three floors. The ground floor is in retreat and an arcade on both sides of the main facades is created. Horizontal blinds have been placed on the facades, which, in addition to shading the spaces and the influx of natural light, emphasize its horizontal perspective, in contrast to the vertical columns, which are placed under the blinds’ layer and emphasized the vertical axis of the building.
What I can't see
It was a building of modern architecture and was renovated; the facades were changed and it now meets basic principles of bioclimatic design, balancing its temperature and energy footprint.
