It is an eclectic building with intense decoration and strict symmetry, which is a reference to neoclassical standards. There are Art Nouveau elements, such as the arched domes on the balcony doors of the upper central part, while the side ones have a pediment. The garlands on the balustrades of the balconies also draw the attention, as is the case with the building’s plaster decoration with neo-Baroque influences.
The building includes two autonomous apartments, each with a separate entrance. Students and intellectuals lived in this area and many buildings are reminiscent of old Athens. This atmosphere began to be lost with the construction of subsequent apartment buildings, which dominated the urban space.
