Zefyros cinema is another historic open air movie theatre of the city in Ano Petralona district.
The simplicity of the space, the earthy colors and the Athenian urban background are enough to visit Zefyros oper air movie theatre. In addition to current films, Zefyros very often shows classic and cinephile films.
During the interwar period it was a place for shadow theatre performances. After the war, it was converted into a movie theater. With the decline of Greek cinema during the 1970s, it ceased operations, but was revived a few years later.
