What I can see

This interwar apartment building has been extended with modern additions, which are clear, but at the same time respect the proportions, geometry and overall architecture of the listed building. The ercker (projection – closed balcony) on Iktinou Street is an eclectic element, but the old building -as a whole- does not bear intense decoration. It is simple, with art deco elements, a building that shows the transitional era from older architectural orders (e.g. eclecticism, neoclassicism) to that of the modern movement.

What I can't see

The original building was designed by Leonidas Palaiologos, while the newer addition was designed by Anastasia Lada, Angeliki Tsiantou and Georgios Hatzikosmas. These days, the building houses office spaces and residences.
