It is an eclectic building with a neoclassical tripartite arrangement of base-main body-crowning. The vertical axes of the facades are also tripartite, with the central ones having larger and rectangular balconies, while the side ones having smaller and curved. The curved corner with the domed end makes the building look imposing. The facades are dominated by geometry, symmetry, rhythmic repetition, rich decoration with geometric and floral motifs, embossed strips and elaborate art deco railings and built parapets. The top floor is architecturally and decoratively simpler. The hypothesis that it was built later cannot be confirmed, as there are old photographs of the original building, which include the floor and the dome does not have structural differences.
At that time, the dome was covered with tiles and had at least two windows. The mansion was designed by Georgios Malakis and Georgios Zografos, on behalf of the distiller Georgios Grammatikos. On the ground floor, it housed the “Grammatikos Rax” distillery and the “Parisinon” pastry shop, which was a youth hangout.
