What I can see
The eclectic mansion of Bogatsas, a well-known merchant of the time, was built as a dowry for his three daughters. It consists of a basement, an elevated ground floor and two floors and is totally symmetrical with the exception of the right vertical zone. The central axis is in small projection. There are many art deco elements, elaborate balustrades and there are also skylights on the upper part of the balconies’ openings. The recent renovation, by Athena Pentefounta, fully respected the architecture and the glamour of the building, while incorporating modern comforts.
What I can't see
The interior has plaster decorations on the ceilings and walls, decorative tiles and ceramic floors. Bogatsas drew up a contract for the hours of use of the shared laundry room so that the three sisters would not quarrel.
