What I can see

This work has a total height of 6.75m and is a square pyramidal base, on top of which grows a cypress tree. The base is made of glass and steel and is filled with soil. The soil comes from areas in Greece and abroad, where the national benefactors lived. Symbolically, this soil bears fruit, like the vision of these people whose work has been of great value for the country.

What I can't see

The work was created by George Tsakiris and is dedicated to national benefactors by the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
