What I can see
Minerva Premier hotel is of eclectic architecture and is symmetrical both with its vertical and horizontal axes. It consists of a ground floor, a loft and 3 floors. It has projecting ends of rafters, gobbles, balconies and an embossed decorative strip runs the building at the point where the projecting ends of rafters end.
What I can't see
It belonged to the Ladenis family, owners of the “Minerva” clothing company. It is one of the few hotels of that time that had central heating and belonged to the A’ class hotels. The interior staircase, balustrades, ceiling and wall decorations and many objects such as paintings, carpets, chandeliers, lampshades and furniture survive to this day.
