The Nehanem Navarro building is a decoratively simple eclectic building with a basement, ground floor and 2 floors. It was designed to house shops on the ground floor and offices on the floors. The facade of Dragoumi Street is structured into 3 vertical axes, with the central one in projection. On the first floor, the balconies have built-in sills with diamond-shaped decoration, while on the second floor, they have metal railings.
It was designed by Jacque Moshe and was property of Maurice and Alberto Navarro brothers. It is likely that the distiller Joseph Nehanem, who housed his offices here, was a co-owner. The building also housed the Molivos restaurant for many years. The staircase with the wooden handrail, the reliefs on the ceilings, the external and internal frames and the cement tiles in the common areas are the surviving elements of the original interior decoration.
