What I can see
The original eclectic building, designed by Leonardo Gennari, is of neo-colonial style and has art nouveau elements. A conical glass dome is developed on the tower-like corner. The decoration of the original building includes pseudo-columns, capitals with wavy glyphs, arched skylights, semi-circular balconies and a cornice.
What I can't see
The plot was bought by Solomon Arditti and Sam Santiel and later, Alberto Sam Benroubi and Asher Avram Sevi became co-owners. This is why the original name of the building was “Arditti-Benroubi”.
