What I can see

It is perhaps the most popular garden in the New Seafront and the dominant element is water. Ponds, water-loving plants, reeds, water lilies and fauna, such as fish, frogs and turtles, are the vital elements of a garden, which has a different microclimate. The wall with water is like a small waterfall that makes the presence of water noticeable through sound. A wooden pergola, along the entire length of the garden and above the paved path, makes the garden suitable for exhibitions. Furthermore, at the triangular end of the garden, there are wavy folds that gradually disappear into the grass-planted surface of the water.

What I can't see

In less than a decade after the New Seafront was delivered to the public, this garden had to be repaired. Construction failures, the non-commitment to the plans and study of Bernard Cuomo and Prodromos Nikoforidis, as well as the scandalous lack of concern by the municipal authority in the following years, caused serious problems, such as water leakage and as a consequence, this small ecosystem was destroyed.
