What I can see
The design of the hotel tried to strike a balance between utilizing the area the hotel business wanted and not “hurting” the natural landscape with a pompous building block. The result, however, did not fully meet the design expectations, but it is intergraded as part of the landscape and a link between the two volumes of the natural peninsula. The horizontal and vertical scalable layout enables the existence of more terraces and is an attempt to respect the morphology of the landscape. The lounges and the multipurpose lounge are on the 6th floor due to the scalable layout. The dominant materials are clear concrete, aluminum frames, glazed wood and polyester.
What I can't see
This work of Emmanuel Vourekas, Antonis Georgiadis and Konstantinos Dekavallas includes 360 beds and some rooms have private gardens. The sandy beach is artificial and the special breakwater protects the plants from salt and sea.
