What I can see

The four-storey apartment building of 55 apartments and 8 shops is located just below the Philopappos-Nymphon Hill and its main features are its functionality and its modern facades. The building is adapted to the curvature and the large slope of the plot, while offering the apartments a view to the sea. The apartments have separate entrances from the corridors of the facade and there are many common areas. The second level is connected by a bridge with Stisikleous Street and this bridge ends on a balcony overlooking the sea.

What I can't see

It was built in two phases and was intended to house working class families. The garden was created by the tenants. The building, as well as the area, is called “Asyrmatos” (Wireless Antenna in Greek) from the Navy’s antenna, which served the Naval War School as well as the Telegraphers-Radio Operators School.
