Nehama Villa is a building of eclectic architecture on Vasilissis Olgas Avenue.

What I can see
It was originally built as a house with a ground floor and an upper floor, but a second floor was added about 40 years later (1940-1945). It is an eclectic building with a tripartite arrangement, rooms around a central hall and the middle part of the main facade is in projection. The decorative reliefs differ between the three zones of the building. The geometric shapes on the ground floor and the first floor are evident, as are the art nouveau influences on the balconies of the second floor, which have decorative plaster clamshells.
What I can't see
It was the house of the banker Alberto Nehamas. The next owners, Stavros and Frida Arfara, modified the interior of the building to create 3 independent apartments. Consequently, the central staircase connecting the floors was removed. In a more recent renovation, parts of the original plant-themed interior wall decoration were revealed.
