This eclectic building has an impressive curved corner, which is separated from the two facades of the building, on Sina and Akadimias Streets, by a reverse curve. With obvious Baroque influences, it has Ionic pseudo-pillars, medallions, a cornice and decorations on the lintels (especially on the top floor).
It now belongs to the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and houses the school’s secretariat, multimedia areas and spaces for preparing student competitions. The recent restoration took place thanks to the donation of Athanasios Martinos.
