What I can see
What makes the building interesting is its curved corner, which consists of erker of small width (slight projection of volume in relation to the rest of the facade surface). A store is housed on the ground floor. Today the building is in poor condition.
What I can't see
It is an apartment building of the interwar period and was designed by Thucydides Valentis. Until 1937, the erker was allowed to be up to 1.40 metres wide, i.e. the distance from the rest of the building surface. By law of the Metaxas dictatorship, the width was limited to 40 cm. This erker belongs to this newer type. The use of erker in modern architecture indicates the gradual transition from traditional architectural design and its classical motifs to the newer era of stylistic austerity and functionality.
