What I can see
In this case, the typical typology of Greek apartment buildings, in which the apartments are mainly developed vertically, is avoided. Here, there is a variety of residences, with one-storey and two-storey apartments. The complexity of the building’s interior is partly obvious on its facades, with the volume being disunited, according to the ground’s slope. In this way, the complex is in harmony with the environment. The colours are inspired by neoclassical Athenian houses and local tradition.
What I can't see
It was designed by Georgios Theodosopoulos and Katerina Thanou. The open space is creatively connected to the street and the building includes 14 apartments from 70sqm to 300sqm each.
