What I can see
It is an interwar apartment building with a ground floor and 6 floors, the last two of which are in tiered recession. Shops are housed on the ground floor. The edges of the building are curved, as are the quadripartite openings on them. This particularity makes the building a very interesting case of modernist architecture. The two sides have a tripartite arrangement, with a central vertical axis in slight projection, one side with the edge’s curve and the opposite side with semicircular balconies.
What I can't see
The building was designed by Nikolaos Nikolaidis, marble has been extensively used in the common areas and symbolizes the transition from the era of neoclassical mansions to the modern era of apartments and the urban physiognomy of the area.
