What I can see

The eclectic building, designed by Vassilis Tsagris, houses today a contemporary art museum, which introduces us to the works of the sculptor Alex Mylona (1923-2016) and highlights her artistic contribution to contemporary art. The left side of the vertical axis, i.e. the entrance and the respective openings of the floors, is slightly different from the rest of the building, as seen from the entrance, in relation to the rest of the ground floor openings, but also from the pair of false parapets of the floors.

What I can't see

The museum hosts periodic exhibitions, educational programs, musical and theatrical events, lectures, workshops, book launches, bazaars and supports new trends in sculpture and young sculptors. Alex Mylona was a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts and a student of Emmanuel Tombros. She represented Greece in many international exhibitions, such as in Venice, Montreal, Brussels, Alexandria, Buenos Aires and Budapest.
