What I can see

In this particular building, with a total area of ​​4,500sq m, there is a geometric play of volumes, which is partly strengthened by glass and blinds, while the main volume is more austere and its openings are in a symmetrical arrangement. It consists of 5 basements, a ground floor and 5 floors. The ground floor windows are bulletproof, resistant even to rocket attacks, while the rest of the building’s windows are resistant to attacks from lighter weapons.

What I can't see

These days, it belongs to a well-known company, while earlier it housed the Pronia Emporiki Company, and its construction cost 17 million euros. Inside the building, there is an inviolable vault, as the Aspis Bank would have been housed here, which eventually went bankrupt. Electricity is not carried through cables, but through state-of-the-art gold plates. The building received BREEAM certification with an Excellent performance. In order to reduce energy consumption, water consumption and increase air quality, a green roof was constructed, which uses collected rainwater, new ventilation channels, humidity metres were placed on each floor, a system for detecting the loss of coolant from the air conditioning system, waste collection areas, changing rooms and bicycle parking areas were created, internal sunshades were constructed and other interventions were made that make the building environmentally friendly.
