What I can see

It is a typical building of late modernism, probably from the 1980s, with a ground floor and 6 floors. The openings are continuous on each floor, thus making the most of natural light. It is a building that in the eyes of most looks dull, but stands out among other similar ones, simply by the added colour on the frames of the openings.

What I can't see

It houses the Organization Against Drugs (OKANA), the largest entity in the country dealing with addictions.
