What I can see
Psarokokalo is an annual short film festival, an independent initiative that aims to highlight and promote filmmakers and short films. It takes place in central cinemas in Athens and in Folegandros.
What I can't see
The international competition includes short films from around the world and is divided into the categories of ‘fiction’, ‘animation’, ‘documentary’, ‘architecture and environment’ and ‘focus on Japan’. National competition is also part of the festival. In addition to the competition sections, many events are held during the festival, such as tributes, lectures, exhibitions and audio-visual happenings. At the same time, research and development of cinema art is promoted.
