What I can see

Residences with a total area of ​​3,900sqm, commercial areas of 260sqm, storerooms and parking spaces of 2,300sqm are developed on a plot of 2,155sqm. Five levels of apartments are developed around a central atrium that works as an enclosed garden. Exposed concrete is used, partly interrupted by coloured surfaces. At the same time, the complex’s volume is not single-shaped, but there are several projections that give plasticity to the building. The inclined roof stands out in the neighbourhood’s skyline and aspires to make the building a landmark in the area. The lines of the building do not have uniform elements, i.e. they are often interrupted by open, semi-outdoor and covered spaces, resulting in residences of different typologies.

What I can't see

Following an international architectural competition, in which 102 offices participated, the proposal that received the third prize was chosen by the contractor, who has the right to choose among the first three prizes. The building was designed by Georgia Daskalaki, Giannis Papadopoulos and associates. The complex includes 41 luxury apartments, 3 stores and a common swimming pool on the first basement. It was rather impressive that their value was about 4 times higher than the average price of apartments of the same period and size in the neighbourhood.
