What I can see
These are two buildings that are connected through the wavy balconies. The architects were inspired by the horizon, the golf course green and the waves of the sea. Natural materials are combined almost experimentally based on their colour, texture and exposure to the sun. These materials make a smooth transition from the nature of the golf course to the industrial materials of the main buildings.
What I can't see
Architects Potiropoulos and partners took seriously the orientation of the buildings and designed the spaces in such a way that many of them have a view in different directions. The final form of the buildings’ main volumes is different from the original plans (e.g. the colour of the opening frames).
