What I can see
In this area, one would hardly expect to encounter a building of traditional Central European architecture. It houses the Greek Scouts and is a ground floor building with an L-shaped ground plan and projecting roofs with wavy ends, under which, floral decoration is developed, confined in triangular decorative frames. There is a building of similar architecture in the courtyard, which houses the central administration and the Scout Museum of Thessaloniki.
What I can't see
It has been designated a listed monument and was built by the French before World War I. It was used as a hospital, stables, horse traffic office, Serbian headquarters during World War I, it later housed the State Conservatory and finally, was given to the Greek Scouts.
