What I can see

Neoclassical architecture is not common in Thessaloniki, but in this case we have an example. The most interesting element of the building is the propylon, which extends to the upper floor, creating a roofed balcony, framed by Ionic columns. It was, however, the time when neoclassicism and other old architectural orders began to be simplified (e.g. simple decoration, art deco influences), until the gradual prevalence of modernism.

What I can't see

It was designed by Maximilian Rubens and probably belonged to Ioannis Papaioannou, a well-known surveyor-engineer during the interwar period.
