What I can see
A visit to Polis Hammam- Polis Loutron is a journey through time, where Greco-Roman and Ottoman traditions meet and takes us back to ancient Greece, Rome, Byzantium, Egypt, Morocco, Istanbul and Izmir. The services are organized in the logic of purification-sanitization-enjoyment. Hammam and massage, face and body treatments, water, care, the sense of touch and excellent communication make a unique relaxing, antiaging, beautifying and mentally uplifting experience, as in the times of ancient Greece and other peoples from all over the world (details here).
What I can't see
Polis Hammam- Polis Loutron is developed in Athens, Piraeus and Thessaloniki and is a business with an inclusive approach. In addition to the 15 different types of baths, 11 massage services, various types of products (e.g. textiles, soaps) and special services (e.g. sauna, facial care), it hosts a variety of events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, bachelor parties, corporate and other events. The implemented protocols have been defined by Polis Hammam, as is the case with the names given to the services provided. The staff consists of professional qualified therapists who apply treatments against pain, insomnia, neuroses, headaches, respiratory problems and musculoskeletal pain. Besides, hydrotherapy and massage have been a preventive measure against injuries for athletes and warriors already since ancient Greece. Polis Hammam- Polis Loutron has been awarded as the best traditional hammam in Europe by the Luxury Travel Guide and has been awarded with the Tripadvisor Traveler’s Choice Awards for consecutive years. Visitors’ reviews are excellent and it already belongs to the top European tourist destinations.
