What I can see

The fountain of the YMCA Park, also known as the Xarchakos Fountain or the White Tower Fountain (this name is often confused with the Bather’s fountain) is one of the city’s emblematic fountains. Its sculptural pretentions refer to socialist realism and Soviet monuments. Its imposing volume draws the attention, especially when it is in full operation and creates an impressive sight. However, there are also people who claim that it is an ugly concrete mass. There have been various comments, one of which is that it is similar to Mordor from the Lord of the Rings.

What I can't see

Until the 1930s, the statue of King Constantine was located here, which was moved to Vardari Square and the fountain was built in its place.
