What I can see
The church is cruciform with a dome and combines classicism (e.g. sculpted marble members, waves) with byzantinism (e.g. 2-part and 3-part openings). Therefore, this church is classified in a special architectural order, the Greek-Byzantine. It is the only building of the Rizarios School that survives today.
What I can't see
It was designed by Armodios Vlachos and the iconographies are by Eleni Prosalenti. On either side of the entrance, the bones of Georgios and Manthos Rizaris are built in, with whose bequest the Rizarios School was constructed. For a short period of time, Nektarios, who was later canonized by the Church, also did his service in this church.
